Navigate Change Confidently
Guiding leaders through change with a deep understanding of the psychological barriers that hold teams back.
The Hidden Side of Change
In my experience, resistance is rarely about the change itself. It’s about what the change could take away: status, confidence, purpose, and a sense of security.
When you understand that, everything shifts.
The Change Nobody Was Ready For
People have adapted to major technological shifts before, from horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing to the internet, industrial automation, and real-time data monitoring, but every change met resistance. Those who navigated it successfully had guidance to understand the dynamics of change and the psychological impact it brings.
AI is no different. People hesitate because of fear, fear of becoming less relevant, less capable, or less needed, fear of uncertainty and complexity, and fear of the ethical or human consequences of these changes.
I guide leaders and organizations in uncovering and addressing the fears behind resistance, helping people genuinely move forward in AI adoption. This is the work I find most urgent right now. And the most human.
Thirty Years of Reading Rooms
Three decades ago, I started as a translator in Kazakhstan’s oil and gas sector—connecting people from different worlds and helping them move forward during a time of intense industry change. Since then, I’ve held multiple executive roles, helping leaders transform, navigate complexity, and create real change.
Twenty-seven years. Seven countries. Thousands of individuals and many teams. Countless rooms waiting for change.
